3THINKRS enjoyed quite a night last week when we celebrated two award wins, in different locations, on the same night! The team split into two parties, and we were delighted to bag ‘Best New Agency’ at the PRCA DARE Awards 2023 South East and ‘Best New Marketing, Advertising and PR Agency’ at the Start Up Awards. The ‘double win’ celebrates our innovative, new approach to agency life and the industry.

Our ‘3Thinkrs & Inkrs’ Academy program has trained over 200 individuals from 45 different agencies, in-house rules, and students. It’s an academy designed for the industry, run by the industry – that aims to innovate the industry’s approach to educating future communicators.
Peak Performance Training: We appointed world-champion athletes and wellbeing consultants, WorkAthlete, to enable the team to work at their peak performance. The National Start Up Awards is a collaboration between the founders of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and the Wales Start Up Awards. It recognises the passion and drive it takes to establish new businesses and celebrates start-ups across all verticals. The awards were judged by a panel of leading professionals.
The PRCA Dare Awards 2023 South East honours the achievements of PR and communications professionals across the region. It celebrates the very best PR and communications across the UK, judged by a panel of highly respected industry experts.
