3THINKRS was named Best New EMEA Consultancy at the 2023 SABRE Awards. Hosted by PRovoke Media, the SABRE awards are the world’s biggest PR awards programme, dedicated to benchmarking the best PR work from across the globe – so we were thrilled to be successful. 

We were singled out for our innovative working style, which contributed to our rapid success in our first 18 months. The judges alco commended the “adventurous, high performing” culture and our people first approach, helping to breed creativity. Alongside, us being champions of collaboration – our free training programme – the Thinkrs & Inkrs Academy – has provided support to over 200 professionals.

Our people first approach has led to a pop-up working culture with the team working and playing in Amsterdam, Paris, London, Madrid, Mexico, and Rome.   

Champion of Collaborative Learning 

Thinkrs and Inkrs Training Academy has trained over 200 individuals from 45 different agencies and in-house roles. It’s an academy designed for the industry, run by the industry. So far, 30 different practitioners across a broad range on PR, Marketing and Sales disciplines have shared their craft (free of charge). And, in sync with its sharing ethos, 3THINKRS’ research arm has brought together a cross-agency cohort to explore some of the biggest challenges that our clients face.  

The event was hosted in Frankfurt, Germany with attendance from leading PR professionals across the EMEA region.
