Social Media Week Lima is aimed at marketers, digital strategists, and people working in social media. The event aims to inspire people to be bolder when developing and implementing their marketing strategies, and to exchange valuable knowledge.  

The two-day event is split between conference sessions – such as keynotes, panel discussions, and interactive table talks – and a day of hands-on workshops to put newly learned skills to practical use. Themes include the essentials of customer engagement, service, and loyalty.
