17 March 2021 — LONDON, UK — Boutique B2B integrated communications agency, 3THINKRS, has appointed PR and marketing leader Rebecca Ross as Head of Client Service.

Rebecca brings 14 years of experience working both in-house and agency with top brands including investment bank Nomura, international law firm Shearman & Sterling, Cisco, and The Economist. She will support 3THINKRS rapid growth by ensuring the highest levels of client service and roll out client delivery models across the agency.

“Becca is a brilliant addition to the team, with a wealth of expertise and a strong eye for detail,’ said Ruth Jones, founder of 3THINKRS. “We first worked together 12 years ago, and I’m delighted to be working side by side with her again.”

“We’re dedicated to providing top-flight service and that commitment is reflected in this appointment. Excellent work doesn’t happen by accident, and I’m confident Becca will support the whole team in giving our best – and delivering against our clients’ goals.”

Before joining 3THINKRS, Rebecca was responsible for brand positioning, PR, and marketing at fintech scale-up FINBOURNE Technology. Before that, she was European Communications Manager at international law firm Shearman & Sterling and started her career raising the profile of fast-growth tech companies at some of the UK’s and Australia’s top PR agencies.

“It’s a real privilege to be part of such a creative, smart and ambitious team,” said Rebecca. “After 9 years in-house working across the marketing mix, I was absolutely thrilled to work with Ruth again and play my part in the next stage of the agency’s growth.  3THINKRS has gone from strength to strength since it was founded, and I look forward to building a foundation of quality client service in all we do.”
