Thinkrs & Inkrs Academy opens its virtual doors to help upskill the next generation of communicators
11th January 2022, Boutique B2B integrated communications agency, 3THINKRS, will open its Thinkrs & Inkrs Training Academy to the communications industry. The open-source training programme is a collaborative training effort driven by 3THINKRS and Friends – its consultants, its clients, its partners, its coopetition. It is calling on its coopetition to join the effort to be more collaborative in training the next generation of communicators, many of whom missed out on training in the pandemic.
The first session is delivered on January 11th, 2022. The programme is designed to provide a practical understanding of the different elements that influence the integrated communications mix – through the lens of a diverse group of marketing, PR, and sales professionals. It’s an effort to train the next generation of graduates as holistic communicators – provide them with context across channels, and a richer understanding of strategy, tactics, and measurement.

The Thinkrs & Inkrs Academy will focus initially on this year’s new joiners, and the next generation of account managers,” said Ruth Jones, Founder of integrated communications agency, 3THINKRS. “We were planning to train our graduate intake and we wanted to give back to our industry, that’s been so collaborative with us. We believe it’s important to share with our coopetition, our friends, our peers, and our clients.”

The training curriculum will look like this:
Delivery: Training modules will be delivered via 45-minute Zoom sessions at 1PM GMT on Tuesday and Thursday
Programme Duration: It will run in January, February, and March.
The Trainers: In-house and agency practitioners willing to share their insights and craft.
No Obligation: There is no obligation to attend all the sessions. You can pick and choose.
Our Disclosure: We have not done this before. We have trained and been trained. But we have never looked to engage other agencies in a collaborative effort to train more.
