Cross-agency collaborative training programme opens its doors to the industry

The THINKRS & INKRS Academy will run twenty-one new training modules in Q4 2022

6th October 20223THINKRS, a boutique B2B communications agency, today launches the second training programme in its THINKRS & INKRS Training Academy. The cross-agency collaborative training effort will deliver twenty-one training modules from a diverse set of agency and client practitioners. The programme will cover modules on brand strategy, messaging, managing a crisis, to client and account management, journalist relations and reporting. The first academy, which ran in Q1 2022, delivered training to 80 individuals from 37 agencies and in-house teams.  

The second academy will start on 17th October 2022, with trainers from 3THINKRS, AxiCom, BCW, Cloudera, EPOS, Fight or Flight, The Flywheelers, King & Co, LICC, Ogilvy, Sentient, QA, WorkAthlete, and Whetstone Communications. The modular programme is designed to provide a practical understanding of the different elements of the communications mix from strategy to execution through the lens of a diverse group of PR, marketing, and sales professionals. It is aimed at both new entrants to the industry and those looking to upskill in a new area.

We believe that free, accessible training, open to all and delivered by a high calibre of trainers from across the industry will broaden the horizon of the next generation of communicators. The training curriculum will run from October 2022: 

  • Virtual Delivery: Training modules will be delivered via 1 hour Zoom sessions at 4.00PM GMT.

  • Quarterly Programme: It will run in October, November, and December 2022. 

  • 21 Practitioners: Will deliver training modules delivered over the course of the programme.  

  • Diverse Training: In-house and agency practitioners will share their insights and craft.  

  • No Obligation: There is no obligation to attend all the sessions. Attendees can pick and choose.   

  • It’s Free: The training is free to all.
